The Burden
APOSTLE KAY TYLER
Hello friends, my name is Kay C. Tyler. The Lord has laid on my heart a burden for those called to the Elite Forces in the Body of Christ. Those who have a different mettle in them. Those who tire of groveling and instead choose to take their places seated in heavenly places side by side with the King of kings. Who know their authority in Christ (or at least are willing to learn) and are willing to go the extra mile to know Him Face to face.
I began this journey in 1996 when I surrendered my life to the Lord Jesus. He came in like a whirlwind and my life has never been the same. The Lord lost no time with me and two years later began to call me to a higher call in the Body of Christ. At the time I did not know exactly how to name what He was calling me to. Shortly after however, I received a description and He revealed His heart to me like never before and all I could do was to melt at His very touch. This was a signing on the dotted line for me and began a time of intense training in my life.
In the year 2000 everything in my life came to a screeching halt. I was taken out of the corporate world after working there for 14 years. I was also taken out of the “status quo church system” and left at the brook Cherith with nothing to do all day but to eat meat and drink water from the hand of the Lord. At that time the Lord Led me to a beautiful Oasis in the middle of the desert, Global Ministries Research Network. There under the Fatherhood of Apostle Les D. Crause the Lord began to train me in the special forces of the Fivefold Ministry.
The Lord has since placed on my heart a burden for those called to the elite forces of the Fivefold Ministry. Seeing that they are no longer misunderstood as they quite often are. It is not easy to spot a beautiful swan when it is waddling around in adolescence. I desire to help the budding swan to identify the different stages of their growth and encourage them as to what the Lord has in store for them down the road. I also have a burden for the younger generation. Those called of the Lord but seen as too young by those around them, worse yet, even in their own eyes. But the Lord is doing a new thing in our youth for: “this is the generation who seek Him. Who seek thy face O’Jacob” Laboring along side my husband of 19 years, Haywood Tyler and my three children, we are dedicated to usher in a New Generation of those who seek His Face.
The Vision (Year 2000)
Now that I’ve told you a bit about the burden of this call, I will now speak of the vision that soon followed. Looking back I now have hindsight of what the Lord was saying to me years earlier and I will incorporate what has happened in my life to date as I break this vision down into sections. Back in 2000 I had a dream. I dream quite frequently, but this dream stood out to me and was very detailed, and it hallmarked a journey in my life that the Lord would soon have me to travel.
The Call To Leave
At the time I was working at a very prestigious Fortune Five Hundred Insurance Company, and this was also in my dream. While I was at work a great man came to me and offered me a job in His Corporation. Now this person was Founder and CEO over the biggest and most prestigious company in the world and everyone knew it. In the dream he gave me detail by detail of His offer. He proposed that I leave my current job. Manifestation: By the end of 2000 I’d left my job of nine years, left the corporate world entirely of 14 years, and also left the “status quo” church system.
Season and Timing
He said that I would go into training for about two years and after that I would be placed in my position. Manifestation: I came to realize that I have been in preparation all of my life starting from the very womb. But these two years was the culmination of it all, an intense training. I was ordained into the Prophetic Office in December of 2001 and into the Apostolic Office in September 2002 according to the scriptural Pattern by laying on of hands. Ordained by Global Ministries Research Network, Apostle Les D. Crause and GMRN Team.
Provision
During the time of training He stated that I would have an income of approximately $2,000.00 a week and I would make more than enough money to take care of my family. At the time we were use to being a two-income family and it was not an easy decision because we still had the same amount of bills and debt. This meant a time of totally letting go and trusting in the Lord. Manifestation: The Lord has gone above and beyond what He promised and I was truly sustained at the River Cherith.
Job Description
He said that I would be working in Human Resources and He showed me my office it was on the top floor of a huge sky scraper building, the tallest building in he world. In the dream I literally saw the people who I was to work with. I would meet with them in that office and I was able to see what burned on the inside of them. I saw into their bellies and I was able to help them to identify their purpose, train them, and place them in different departments in the company accordingly. Manifestation: We have since worked with individuals and ministries helping them identify the mind of the Father, encouraging and being a catalyst that catapults them into their next encounter with the Lord. We also have developed several resources for the purpose of edifying and encouraging you to your next level.
Why?
By now you can begin to recognize that the Lord was not speaking here of a simple nine to five job in a worldly company or organization but was speaking of being set in an office in the Kingdom of God. As you can see I have gone into much detail on identifying firstly the burden on my heart, secondly the call of my life to leave and venture into the unknown, thirdly the promise of the provision, and Finally the job description or assignment and the time of when I was put into place and ordained. Why did I go through so much detail? It’s quite simple actually. I’ve gone through this because this is actually what I am called to do. To help those who come my way to be able to mark the times of their lives of when the Lord has called, prepared, trained, and put in place. The reason the Lord was so detailed with me was so I can now show others and help them along the way, marking the way in the road they take.
Jer 31:21 “Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway the road that you take. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns.
If you are called to one of the Fivefold Ministry offices you will need to be able to do that especially that of the prophet and apostle. For at the end of this The Lord will strengthen you and you will have to have a resolve as one who has your face as flint. And you will have to know who you are in Christ.
Passion For The Leaders
Jer 30:21 Their leader will be one of their own; their ruler will arise from among them. I will bring him near and he will come close to me, for who is he who will devote himself to be close to me?’ declares the Lord. God does not select a million to come up the mountain but he selects One out of a million. He draw them away, trains them just as Elijah who had to sit by the River Cherith, and just as Moses who had to leave Egypt to meet the Lord up the mountain. After a time of training the Lord sends his leaders back in the midst of the million to release them from captivity.
Jer 31:21 “Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway the road that you take. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns. The Holy Spirit is the teacher of man. Under the guidance and direction of the Holy Spirit the budding prophet or apostle begin to take note of the signs of the call in their lives. “Take note of the highway, the road you take.” It is very important that in the process of training the budding prophet “sets up road signs” beginning to identify the road the Lord is leading them on. How else will they lead and show others after making this journey, if they cannot identify these precious milestones and crossroads in their own life. They will begin to identify the times of preparation and finally the time that Lord leads them into intense training, leading to office.
1 Kings 19:15 And the LORD [Yahweh] said to him, Go, return on your way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when you come, anoint Hazael [to be] king over Syria: 16 And Jehu the son of Nimshi shall you anoint [to be] king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abelmeholah shall you anoint [to be] prophet in your place. 17 And it shall come to pass, [that] he that escapes the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and he that escapes from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay. 18 Yet I have left [myself] seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth which has not kissed him.(GMR)
This speaks of different types of training and impartation. There will be a releasing of the anointing by simply walking into a specified time and by the direction of the Holy Spirit Imparting to those who the Lord has selected. Then there is another type of impartation that takes place when one takes another under their wings and imparts as a Father does to his son. This involves giving wholly of yourself to those under you and one day handing it all over to them for them to run with the vision. This also speaks of completeness, as it is a pattern of impartation that captures all that the Lord wants to do. When all three types are anointed as said in our scripture above, nothing shall escape the plans the Lord has in this earth to do.
Jer 31:18 “I have surely heard Ephraim's moaning: ‘You disciplined me like an unruly calf, and I have been disciplined. Restore me, and I will return, because you are the Lord my God.
Jer 31:19 After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’
Jer 31:20 Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him,” declares the Lord.
You are going to have those who are simply anointed just by being in the meeting and then you are going to have those who labor in the throws of mentorship and sit as a worm under their master there will come a bit deeper and have a relationship with their mentor. Just as Nebuchadnezzar was humbled and brought low to climb through the slime and the sludge until he understood his strength and power was as nothing before the Lord. You will learn full well there truly is no failure in Him. You will learn the unfathomable joy of knowing that you must fall sometimes just so that you have the experience of knowing what it means to fail, knowing what it means to come to the end of yourself, knowing what it means when you end and the Lord begins. –
2Cr 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 2Cr 4:8 [We are] troubled on every side, yet not distressed; [we are] perplexed, but not in despair; 2Cr 4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 2Cr 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 2Cr 4:11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 2Cr 4:12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
You will learn the scripture full well “Not by might nor power but by way of the Holy Spirit.” Both types of believer and leaders mentioned here will have their own part to play in the body and by each one living out and fulfilling their pattern they will bring a fullness to the body of Christ thereby making her ready without spot nor wrinkle.
